One of the many Halloween related music events. Get scared.
It’s almost Halloween. Almost.
There is still a week to get your costume together. There is still a week to carve a pumpkin (and bake and eat the seeds after you do. Delish). There is still time to buy candy for the visiting kiddos.
When that’s all complete, don’t bother searching for places to go. We’ve got that taken care of for you.
With Halloween falling on a Saturday (and the Hogs’ homecoming game on that evening, too) it’s bound to be a frightfully good time on Dickson Street in Fayetteville next weekend.

Boom Boom Room: The Good Fear (with all six members dressed as Tom Petty) and The Moving Front (dressed as and playing music by R.E.M.), $5, 10 p.m.
Speakeasy: Beat Bach’s Halloween Dance Party with Beat Bachs, Tanner Beam, Baby Armie and a costume contest, $8/with costume, $10/without costume

George’s Majestic Lounge: Col. Bruce Hampton and the Quark Alliance, Punkinhead, Mountain of Venus and a costume contest, $12
Grub’s Bar and Grille: Live DJ, costume contest
Rogue Pizza Co.: Groovement (dressed as the Wizard of Oz) and Funkzilla, 6 p.m.
